At the waste-collection center, this system receives empty container from truck at the carrying-in port, moves it to the waste compactor, or shifts the container packed with waste vertically (by dolly) or horizontally (by traverser) to the shelf for temporary storage. The system is composed of related equipment such as changeover device, weighing equipment, and hydraulic lifter in addition to dolly and traverse, allowing full automatic operation.
