Our electro-hydraulic steering gear have a simple, compact design and employ an extremely responsive hydraulic system. They are highly reliable and durable, and can be used in a wide range of vessels, including commercial ships, naval ships and specialized ships.

History

1935 Manufactured first steering gear (Rapson slide actuator and trunk piston actuator)
1962 Established a technical agreement on rotary vane type actuators with AEG,Germany.
1970 Employed the compact type remote control receiver, developed in collaboration with Tokyo Keiki and Yokogawa Denshi Kiki, for the first time for SF and DF types.
1978 Developed the C type in collaboration with Clevis Actuator.
1983 Developed & employed single loop control system with torque motors for types SFT and DFT.
1985 Developed the SFC type with a hydraulic vane pump for the Rapson slide actuator.
1993 Established a technical license agreement on steering gear with Yoowon Industries, Korea.
2007 Produced a record number of steering gear (7,000 sets).
2012 Established a technical license agreement on steering gear with Jiangsu Masada Heavy Industries, China.
