This system is broadly composed of hoist driving unit, hoist fine adjustment unit, and rotation driving unit.
Horizontal movement of the hoist driving unit allows the light bank an elevation angle, which is fine adjusted by the hoist fine adjustment unit. Furthermore the rotation driving unit rotates the whole system, allowing the light bank an azimuth angle.
