PW1500G/PW1900G engines

PW1500G/PW1900G engines are 8 - 11 tons thrust class Pure Power® Geared Turbo Fan™ (GTF) engines developed by Pratt & Whitney of the U.S.

The PW1500G is installed on the Airbus A220 series and was introduced to the market in 2016, while the PW1900G is installed on the Embraer E190-E2/E195-E2 and entered service in 2018. As a risk-sharing partner, MHIAEL is responsible for manufacturing combustors.
