Mitsubishi Heavy Industries had developed two types of SE-VTOL which has lift and cruise mechanism. SE-VTOL does not require runway for takeoff and landing, so it provides flexible flight capabilities.

Key Features
1. Lift and Cruise capability
SE-VTOL has the lift and cruise capability which is mixture of VTOL aircraft and fixed-wing aircraft. Therefore, SE-VTOL does not require runway for takeoff and landing with achieving long rage and endurance.
2. Long Range & Endurance
SE-VTOLs have 1,000km range and 10 hours endurance with maximum payload.
3. Flight control capability (VTOL from/on ships)
High flight control capability realizes takeoff and landing from/on sailing ships.
4. Labor saving with through CoasTitan
With UxV control software called CoasTitan developed by MHI, simultaneous various UxV control can be achieved with a minimal crew.
