Tokyo, May 1, 2026 – As announced in the press releases dated September 30, 2025,*1 December 25, 2025,*2 January 20, 2026,*3 and February 19, 2026,*4 Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (the "Company") has been processing the procedures for a series of transactions (the "Transactions"), including a tender offer for the common stock and the stock acquisition rights of Logisnext Co., Ltd. (formerly Mitsubishi Logisnext Co., Ltd.) by LVJ Holdings 2 Co., Ltd. (formerly LVJ Holdings 2 LLC., "LVJ2"). Today, the Company hereby announces that it has completed the procedures related to the Transactions.
The Company also announces that, today, it has made a reinvestment in LVJ2.
