MHPS Receives Order for Rehabilitation Work on Units No.1-3 At Tongonan Geothermal Power Plant in the Philippines

Yokohama, February 17, 2015 - Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, Ltd. (MHPS) has received an order from Green Core Geothermal, Inc. (GCGI), a group company of Energy Development Corporation (EDC) of the Philippines, the world leader in geothermal power generation capacity, for rehabilitation work on Units No.1 through No.3 at the Tongonan Geothermal Power Plant. The upgrade work on the three units, each having an output of 37.5 megawatts (MW), is scheduled for completion in February 2017.
