COMPACT ELECTRIC TURBO FOR CHILLERS

It improves the environmental performance of chillers with natural refrigerant, PFAS-free, and low power consumption.
Compact Electric Turbo for Refrigerators is an electric turbo designed for ultra-low-temperature refrigerators using natural refrigerants. Leveraging turbocharger development, it employs high-speed rotation and aerodynamic technologies to deliver a compact size, high output, and high efficiency. The oil-free design reduces maintenance requirements. It supports ultra-low temperatures down to -100°C.

Compact, high output achieved by combining a high-performance impeller with an ultra-high-speed rotary motor
  2. High energy efficiency
High energy efficiency achieved through aerodynamic improvements developed in turbocharger R&D and superior thermal insulation
  3. Ultra-Low-temperature support
Capable of cooling to ultra-low temperatures below -100°C
  4. Reduced footprint
Compact size allows for reduced footprint and greater layout flexibility.
  5. Natural refrigerant support (PFAS-free)
Using natural refrigerants enables a completely PFAS-free design, helping to reduce environmental impact and health risks.
  6. Oil-free
Oilless bearing eliminate the need for periodic lubricant changes, reducing maintenance requirements.

Usage pattern

In a natural-refrigerant refrigeration system, the refrigerant is compressed by the compressor, cooled in a heat exchanger, and then expanded. This cycle enables ultra-low refrigerant temperatures to be achieved.
