The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), a chemical industry organization consisting of at least 60,000 members in no less than 110 countries, held the AIChE 2025 Spring Meeting and 21st Global Congress on Process Safety (GCPS) in Dallas, Texas, USA. MCO also participated in the event, at which Yuya Tanaka of Marketing & Engineering Group, Business Development Division, and Takayuki Ogata of MCO-I presented papers. In addition, MCO-I opened a booth, promoting our Group’s decarbonization solutions to guests.

Comment from Yuya Tanaka
At the event, I attended a lecture on RMS and learned that VA and digital-twin technology are always useful for time management for overhauls during regular inspections and as maintenance guides on worksites. After our Group’s presentation, I received a lot of questions and could see there was a high level of interest in our decarbonization solutions. Although the United States is moving to exit the Paris Agreement, there was no sign of energy transition or decarbonization slowing down at the conference. The event was a very significant opportunity to understand the country’s current situation.
