MHI Group Lends Support to Recovery from Beirut Explosion Disaster

MHI Group offers its sincere condolences to all those who lost loved ones in the explosion disaster that struck Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, in early August. We also offer our heartfelt sympathy to everyone who has in any way been affected by that destructive event.

To support and assist the people of Lebanon toward achieving a full recovery from the disaster, MHI Group has decided to aid the recovery effort in the following two ways. Mitsubishi Power will make a donation in the amount of USD 15,000 to the Lebanese Red Cross (LRC). Mitsubishi Heavy Industries will donate two small IC trucks manufactured by Mitsubishi Logisnext to the LRC.
