Notice of Completion of Absorption-Type Company Split and Absorption-Type Merger for the Purpose of Reorganizing Sales Subsidiaries

As stated in the "Notice Concerning the Conclusion of an Absorption-Type Split Agreement for the Split among Consolidated Subsidiaries and of a Merger Agreement for an Absorption-Type Merger of Consolidated Subsidiaries (Simplified and Short Form Absorption-Type Merger) for the Purpose of Reorganizing Sales Subsidiaries" dated June 3, 2020, with October 1, 2020 as the effective date, the Company has had all businesses other than real estate management of the 11 domestic sales companies that are the Company’s consolidated subsidiaries hereinafter referred to as the "11 domestic sales companies") be succeeded by nine subsidiaries that were established on May 15, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "nine split preparation companies") by way of an absorption-type company split. Additionally, as of October 1, 2020, the trade names of the nine split preparation companies have been changed to the names stated in the following "(Reference) Outline of Domestic Direct Sales Companies" and have started operation as the nine domestic direct sales companies (hereinafter referred to as the “nine domestic direct sales companies”).
