The Hospitality Guesthouse "A Dream A Day In Tokyo" operates "making memories for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families" by providing volunteers to plan memorable family trips, arrange visits, provide medical care system support, and support sightseeing, etc. as a project to fulfill the dreams of children with life-threatening illnesses and their families.

The MHI Group is also cooperating with the activities of the guesthouse, and a total of five members volunteered to participate in a trip to Tokyo on November 22 to 23.

On this trip the children and their families were taken to Tokyo Disneyland, the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka and Ueno Zoo. The MHI Group volunteers, along with volunteers from other companies, carried out activities such as guiding children and their families through crowds, arranging tickets for attractions, saving spaces for lunch, and taking memorial family photos in order to create many pleasant and enjoyable memories.

The volunteer participants made comments such as, "It was good to participate and see the children and their family members enjoy themselves." Demonstrating how valuable the experience was for volunteers.
After the trip, one of the families sent a thank you letter saying, "We are very thankful to have had such a dreamlike opportunity," helping to creating enjoyable memories of the Tokyo trip.

Based on its CSR Action Guideline to "create a more harmonious society," the MHI Group will continue to support participation in volunteer activities, each of which is an opportunity for each employee to be directly involved with society.
