Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor Corporation (MCO) announces that its President & CEO, Satoshi Hoshi will retire and that Senior Vice President Morihiko Masaki will succeed him as President & CEO effective April 1, 2026.
Mr. Masaki joined Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. (MHI) in 1994.
In April 2020, he served as General Manager, Hitachi Service Department, Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, Ltd.
In October 2021, he served as General Manager, Takasago Quality Assurance Department, GTCC Business Division, Energy Transition & Power Headquarters, MHI.
In April 2025, he became Senior Vice President, MCO.
He has a lot of experience and a wide range of knowledge.
President & CEO Hoshi is scheduled to retire at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in June 2026.
