Course designed to improve the skill level of operators
As a rule, operators must have training once each year to continue their employment.
Four training courses are provided to meet the needs of operators according to their experience, operational skill level and so on.

Training period:2 to 10 days

Reactor Operator Course(Standard Training/Severe Accident Training)

5 or 10 days

Operational training under normal and abnormal conditions, emergency and severe accidents for operators with relatively little experience.

Senior Reactor Operator Course(Standard Training/Severe Accident Training)

2 or 5 days

Operational training for experienced operators, improving their knowledge and skills of the procedures used under abnormal conditions, emergency and severe accidents.

Supervisor Course(Standard Training/Severe Accident Training)

2 or 5 days

Operational training for supervising operators, designed to develop judgment and managerial abilities under abnormal conditions, emergency and severe accidents.

Shift Manager Course Ⅳ + Severe Accident Training Course for Shift Manager

5 days + 3 days

Shift managers undergo training to renew their license.

Shift Manager Operating Test Course + Severe Accident Training Course for Shift Manager

9 days + 3 days

This course is designed to prepare shift managers for the operating test.
