What motivated you to join CMSI?
I was drawn to CMSI because it offered opportunities to grow as a mechanic and build a career. I saw it as a place where I could continue learning and developing my skills.

What do you enjoy most about working at CMSI?
I enjoy the family-oriented environment. Everyone supports one another, and we accept each other as we are. It really feels like a workplace where people come together as one team.

How would you describe CMSI in three words?
Safety. Family. Growth.

What is your current role?
I currently work as a Heavy Maintenance Technician at CMSI. I have been with the company for about three years.

What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day starts with START(*), because safety is our main goal as a company. After that, we focus on our daily tasks and work together as a team to get the job done.

• START is conducted at the beginning of the workday and is intended to ensure safety through checks and team alignment.

Can you share an experience you are proud of?
One of my biggest challenges was stepping up into a leadership role shortly after becoming a technician. When my engineer went on vacation, I had to take responsibility for scheduling and making sure everything was running smoothly. I led the team for over a week, and it was a valuable learning experience.

How has your team supported your growth?
My team has supported me by helping me learn from my mistakes. Because of them, I’ve grown into more of a leader and can now help others grow as well.

What have you learned at CMSI that you will carry throughout your career?
I’ve learned that safety is always the number one priority. No matter how long something takes, no job is more important than someone’s life.

How do you see your role contributing to CMSI’s mission?
I contribute by making sure that everyone goes home safe and sound and that the work is done in an orderly manner.
