Crystal Mover Services, Inc. (CMSI) was established in January 2009 as the designated entity to operate and maintain Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.’s proprietary, state-of-the-art Automated People Mover (APM) Systems in the United States.

We started providing operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport SkyTrain APM in November 2009 and have now expanded our O&M services to a total of eight APM systems at five major international airports (Atlanta, Dulles, Miami, Orlando and Tampa) in the U.S. Since our establishment, CMSI has provided a decade of proven and successful services for these safe and reliable APMs, contributing to the satisfaction of our airport clients through ensuring the highest levels of passenger service while meeting mandatory 24 hours/day, 7 days/week operational requirements.

We take great care to ensure the smooth and timely operation of all of our APMs in order to fulfill our corporate mission,
