Tampa - SkyConnect
The Tampa SkyConnect system carries passengers between the Tampa International Airport's Main Airport Terminal, Rental Car, and Long-Term Parking Facilities. Opening for service in 2018, it currently comprises of 12 train cars running in 2 car or 4 car train formations with the flexibility to increase or decrease capacity as needed. The system runs above ground on an elevated guideway and at grade level with a dedicated offline maintenance facility supporting all vehicle inspections, servicing, and overhauls.
