In operating facilities that use radioactive materials, we work to protect the safety of employees and the general public living in the vicinity from radioactive materials.
Since radioactive materials are invisible, we manage their degree of impact on the body by quantifying it in accordance with strict values set by laws and regulations, as well as by our business site, using various measuring instruments.

Management of facilities and equipment

We are making efforts for the maintenance of the soundness and preventive maintenance of our facilities by conducting daily checks of air supply and exhaust equipment, electrical equipment, and liquid waste equipment at each facility to prevent defects, etc.

We regard environmental activities as one of the most important issues for our company, and we are promoting company-wide environmental initiatives to continuously reduce our environmental impact.

Efforts for disaster prevention and community involvement

Our company conducts emergency drills in cooperation with the local fire department, police station, and other relevant organizations to ensure swift and appropriate decision and action in the event of an unforeseen situation. We also hold regular facility tours and participate in events held by Tokai village, the residents' association, etc.
