Engineering

The engineering business offers a wide range of services based to customer needs, including cleanroom and related cooling, air conditioning, and exhaust systems, as well as process cooling and air conditioning systems for factories and commercial facilities. We are responsible for all aspects of our work, from current status surveys to design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance.

Clean Room Construction

We handle the engineering and construction of Class 10 clean rooms required for semiconductor manufacturing.

HVAC System Construction

We handle HVAC work for various factories including clean rooms and commercial facilities.

Special Requirement

We handle the design, manufacture, and maintenance of special equipment according to customer requests.

Testing & Commissioning

We take responsibility by testing and commissioning that the designed and constructed equipment and machinery meets the customer's requirements.

Chiller Sales

The chiller sales business provides high-performance chillers to meet cooling needs.
With a diverse product line ranging from industrial to commercial applications, we propose cooling solutions that best meet customer requirements.

Services

The service business supports stable operation for delivered equipment and facilities, including regular maintenance and operational adjustments, part replacement/repair, data evaluation, etc.
MHI centrifugal chillers will be maintained by MHI-certified service staff, who will provide services tailored to long-term operation, including in-house compressor overhaul work.
