GA Supervisor

Salary range: THB 25,000 - 40,000 /Month.

Education: Bachelor's degree in general management, Human Resource Management or other related fields.

Experience: At least 2 years management experience in GA function.

Qualification:

  1. - Female, age not over 40 years old.
  2. - Good command of spoken and written English.
  3. - Good computer skill in MS Office (Excel, Graph, Data analytics).
  4. - High responsibility and team player.
  5. - Handle operations related matters and multiple tasks, set work priorities and organize work effectively.
  6. - Good problem solving skills.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • - Control and monitor General Affairs overall jobs such as outsource control, transportation, etc.
  •  - Planning and budgeting annual investment and fixed assets of the Company.
  •  - Plan to manage the use of the company's central car. executive car and cargo trucks.
  •  - Make a management plan for maintaining cleanliness in the company area, meeting rooms, bathrooms, canteens,  nursing rooms, staff dormitories and external landscape.
  •  - Planning administrative tasks such as security in the company area. staff shuttle bus traffic in front of the       company.
  •  - Plan management activities of the company, including health check-ups. Sports and New Year's Eve.
  •  - Plan management control and supervision of sub-contractors, security guards, housewives, gardeners, doctors, nurses.
  •  - Plan management for coordination between departments within the company. Including contacting external government and private sectors.
  •  - Plan and manage the use of parking spaces, including car parks. and motorcycle parking.
  •  - Support ISO documents.
  •  - Other jobs as assignment.

Maintenance Technician (Utility)

Date: 9 May 2025

Education: Vocational Certificate (Vocational Diploma) in all technical fields (please specify the field of study for both Vocational Certificate and Vocational Diploma levels). Special Consideration: Knowledge in maintenance of utility systems within the factory will be given special consideration.

Experience: 0 year.

Qualification:

  • - Male, age not over 35 years old.
  • - Knowledge in Using Tools, Materials, and Equipment.
  • - Proficient in using various tools, materials, and equipment.
  • - Shift Work and Overtime.
  • - High Responsibility and Enthusiasm.

Job Responsibilities

  • - Maintenance of Utility Systems within the Factory: such as electrical systems, water systems, air conditioning, construction repairs, etc.
  • - Inspect and Clean: Inspect the operation and clean the area and various equipment.
  • - Report System Status: Report the working condition of the system when abnormalities occur.
  • - Control and Supervise Maintenance Work: Control and supervise maintenance work in the area of responsibility.
  • - Other tasks as assigned by Supervisors.

Production Foreman

Date: 9 May 2025

Education: Vocational Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.

Experience: 3 years.

Qualification:

  • Male, age 31-40 years old.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers.
  • Shift Work: Able to work in shifts.
  • Location: Able to work in Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise Subordinates to Meet Standards and Goals: Ensure that subordinates perform their tasks according to standards and achieve set goals.
  • Daily Supervision: Oversee the attendance and other daily activities of subordinates to ensure orderliness.
  • Enforce Company Regulations: Ensure that subordinates comply with company regulations.
