Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement production schedule to meet customer requirements and internal goals.

- Coordinate with various department to ensure resources are available and allocate correctly.

- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to maintain efficiency.

- Oversea inventory management and ensure timely procurement of materials.

- Analyze production data and implement improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff to optimize material flow.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on production activities and issues.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable material supply.

- Implement cost control programs to maintain profitability.
