HR Officer (Transportation)

Salary range: THB 20,000 - 30,000 /Month.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Have experience at least 3 years.
Qualification:
- Male or Female, aged not more than 35 years old.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources administration, particularly in managing company transportation and shuttle bus services.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee transportation services, including company shuttle bus operations.
- Handle and maintain documentation related to company vehicles, such as compulsory motor insurance, vehicle insurance, and annual registration renewals.
- Coordinate and manage contractual documentation related to transportation service agreements between the company and service providers.
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for company vehicles.
- Manage purchasing processes and the issuance and disbursement of materials, supplies, and services related to the assigned responsibilities.
- Provide support for company activities and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and requirements regarding occupational safety, health, and quality management systems.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Production Supervisor
Date: 1 Sep 2026
Salary range: THB25,000 - 35,000 /Month.
Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc).
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations within an industrial or factory environment.
Qualification:
- Male, aged not more than 40 years old.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role will be an advantage.
- Possess strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to work in shifts.
Job Responsibilities
- Control and supervise production operations to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Monitor production performance to ensure smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.
- Analyze production issues, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, company regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
- Supervise subordinates, including coaching, training, performance monitoring, and performance evaluation.
