- Technical support in the bidding and contract negotiation phases
- Technical advisory and solutions to meet customer needs in accordance with Japanese laws and regulations
- Responses to customer’s technical inquiries including coordination of technical due diligence sessions
- Technical support for obtaining design conformity verification certificate (by conformity verification bodies registered by METI and MLIT), wind farm certificate, and construction plan/permit
- Policy proposals and recommendation through deregulation subcommittees of public-private councils and technical committees of JWPA (Japan Wind Power Association)

- Site specific optimization for maximum power production and wind turbine support structure design.
- Proposal of turbine type and turbine layout for maximum power production
- Design optimization by Integrated Local Analysis (ILA) of wind turbines and support structures taking into account unique environmental conditions in Japan such as earthquakes, typhoons, etc.
- Technical support for obtaining design conformity verification certificate (by conformity verification bodies registered by METI and MLIT), wind farm certificate, and construction plan/permit
