MHI-MME Conducts First "Tokyo User Conference" in Japan Continuing from User Conference in Imabari, a great number of guests joined the Conference

Tokyo, Japan, March 9th, 2015 - Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Marine Machinery & Engine Co., Ltd. (MHI-MME) held the Tokyo User Conference at Shinagawa Prince Hotel (Japan), on March 6th, following Singapore (November, 2014) and Imabari (February, 2015). 60 guests joined the Conference, where MHI-MME introduced the after-sales services menu and the latest topics of technologies which comply with IMO Tier III.

In the boiler presentation, MHI-MME introduced the future regulations for SOx and the solutions to satisfy the regulations. In addition, MHI-MME introduced modification for sole use of gas fuel and the proposal to reduce fuel consumption of the boiler mounted on oil tankers.
