MHI-MME presented its offshore business to Technip and ABIMAQ Attracted attention at Sea Japan

Tokyo, Japan, April 18th, 2014 - Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Marine Machinery & Engine Co., Ltd. (MHI-MME) made a presentation to the top officials of Technip, one of the largest energy engineering companies in the offshore business, and Brazilian Association of Machines & Equipment Manufacturers (ABIMAQ) at Tokyo Big site on April 9th, the first day of Sea Japan 2014 exhibition.

This presentation was hosted by Japan Ship Machinery & Equipment Association (JSMEA) to introduce Japanese offshore technology to world offshore related organizations.

Mr. Kuzu, the vice president and the head of business development of MHI-MME, set forth the business overviews of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) and MHI-MME offshore technologies at this presentation. MHI-MME has supplied number of offshore products such as power generation module so far. MHI-MME power generation module has the benefits of fuel flexibility, low maintenance cost and high reliability and availability.

Leveraging experience in extensive marine product technology, MHI-MME will expand the offshore product sales in Japan and around the world.
