Nusa Dua, Bali – June 2026 – Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Engine System Asia (MHI-ESA) successfully hosted the MGS APAC Sales & Service Maintenance Conference 2026 on 8–9 June 2026 in Nusa Dua, Bali, bringing together business partners, subsidiaries, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries teams from across the Asia Pacific region. Held under the theme “Preserving Excellence. Engineered, Not Accidental,” the conference reinforced MHI-ESA’s commitment to strengthening regional collaboration, sharing industry insights, and advancing operational excellence across the MGS network.

The conference journey began on 7 June with a welcome networking session by the pool in Nusa Dua. Against the backdrop of Bali’s coastline, business partners, subsidiaries, and MHI teams reconnected in a relaxed setting before the official conference commenced.

The evening created opportunities for meaningful conversations, strengthened existing relationships, and welcomed new members into the regional network, setting the tone for two days of collaboration ahead.

Day One: Insight, Innovation, and Recognition

The conference officially commenced on 8 June with a welcome address by Mr. Minoru Esaki, Managing Director of MHI-ESA. The day’s sessions brought partners up to speed on sales performance, market outlook, and after-sales service strategy across the region, with particular focus on how MHI-ESA is strengthening customer engagement through its Voice of Customer initiative and a newly rolled-out CRM transformation.

After lunch, the conference continued by recognizing outstanding partners and achievements:

  • MGS Diamond Dealer Awards 2026 – the network’s highest honour, recognizing exceptional business performance and commitment to the MGS brand – were presented to WDG Resources Sdn. Bhd., PT Berkat Manunggal Energi, and Shun Cheong Trade & Development Company Limited, accompanied by speeches and presentations.
Recipients of the MGS Achievement Awards 2026
  • Achievement Awards 2026 – celebrating partners who have reached significant milestones and driven growth within their markets – were presented to Hop Shing Engineering, Hop Shing Generator, and Solomon Energy Technology in recognition of their contributions over the past year.

The afternoon looked ahead to new growth opportunities for the network, including scaling AI data centres through integrated energy and cooling systems and supporting the broader regional energy transition, before closing with a group photograph to mark the occasion.

The first day concluded with a networking night at SIKI, Nusa Dua, offering another relaxed setting for partners and colleagues to connect.

Day Two: Giving Back and Seeing MGS in Action

The second day shifted focus from the boardroom to community and real-world impact.

Delegates took part in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) session with children at Museum Pasifika, Nusa Dua, Bali, which included a T-shirt painting activity organized within the museum. MHI-ESA also provided daily necessities for the children as part of the initiative, reflecting the company’s commitment to giving back to the communities in which it operates.

Site Visit to AYANA Group

The day continued with a site visit to facilities operated by the AYANA Group, where MGS units are installed across a range of settings – from Saka Museum and Segara residences to a data centre facility. The visit allowed delegates to see firsthand how MGS delivers consistent reliability across vastly different scales and types of operation.

Closing Celebration

The conference concluded with a final networking night at Luna Rooftop Bar, where delegates celebrated the achievements of the past two days and reaffirmed their shared commitment and friendship as partners in the MGS network.
