Notice Regarding Media Reports about Dialogue between MHI and Vestas

While there were media reports today related to dialogue between Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) and Vestas Wind Systems A/S ("Vestas") in Denmark, MHI is in dialogue with Vestas regarding a potential strategic cooperation in wind turbine business; however, none of those reports on the matter are based upon MHI's own announcement.
