Notice Regarding Conclusion of Absorption-type Split Agreement Relating to Transfer of Compressor Business to Group Company

Tokyo, February 24, 2016 - Today Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) took a formal decision to transfer its compressor business functions, together with related assets, rights and obligations, to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary.
