Tokyo, November 6, 2013 -- Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI), together with Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. (BTMU), today announced "Notice Regarding the Capital Restructuring Plan of Mitsubishi Motor Corporation" as per the attached document.

This matter will not affect MHI's consolidated financial forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2014.
